Your items will be shipped out from California within 48 business hours of the purchase and we charge flat rate per order as follows:
UPS First Class Parcel (expect your package in 2-8 working days): $4.99 USPS Priority Mail (expect your package in 2-4 working days): $9.99

- Sales Tax -
Sales tax of 9.75% is applied to your order if your shipping address is in California.
- Refund, Return, and Exchange Policies -
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging) within 7 days for a full refund, less shipping costs ($4.90 for first class and $9.99 for priority). Hikosen-Cara USA will not provide return postages.
Because we carry limited inventory, we are not able to process exchanges. If you are dissatisfied with your purchased items, please return them and place a new order online for alternative products.
